Australian Boulder Opal cuff in sterling with 22k gold overlay
This stunning piece was so much fun to make! The 36.38 ct Yowah boulder opal has subtle blue and green flashes. Set on sterling silver. The texture was created by fusing silver dust to the base and then 22k gold was applied. A black patina was added for interest and drama. The opal measures approximately 40 x 13mm. The cuff is 6-1/2” x 1”.
